Opened in 1965 the cinema contains about 200,000 books. As you can see it also has an open-air shop - I'm not sure how that fares when it is raining but it is well known that it never rains in Wales so, hardly a problem. This may be the first bookstore that you see if you come in from the West but there are many more so just regard your visit here as the first of your interesting trek around the town.
